I am a bit overweight and going through pre menopausal phase,so was suffering from muscle and joint pain, mood swings tried yoga but was not getting rid of pain, then thought to give a try to this Oziva Protein and Herb...only 2months I've started with free hand exercise, I feel so light and most importantly, my all bodily pains are almost gone,am so thankful...it tastes also so yummy I mix it with oats and one banana and water.Before doing yoga I consume it.Another thing I want to add ,previously walking was a nightmare for me but now am enjoying it.😊
