3. Can these products be used by both men and women?

Yes, these products are unisex and can be used by both.

4. How many times a day can I apply this product?

As it is water-based, it can be used twice a day, once in the morning and once at night.

5. Till when does a customer need to use the product to start seeing results?

Use regularly for at least 6 to 8 weeks. There will be a visible reduction in dark circles within 28 days of regular use. (Based on clinically proven data).

6. Can we use this serum after applying cleanser & moisturiser?

We suggest to first cleanse your skin to remove impurities, and apply serum. Follow this up with a moisturiser at night and sunscreen in the morning.

7. I use face oils at night. Should I apply under-eye serum before or after?

You can use it in the under-eye area after you use your face oil. We also recommend our range of serums for specific skin concerns.

8. Can the OZiva Absolut Even Under Eye serum be used on other areas of face where pigmentation might occur? And will it be effective?

No, it should only be applied on the area under the eye.

9. Are there any interactions/side effects?

These products are clean and plant-based made from clinically tested actives and phytonutrients so are absolutely safe. However we do suggest a patch test prior to use, especially if you have sensitive skin.

10. What is the shelf life of the product?

The shelf life of the product is 18 months from the date of manufacture.

11. What if the product doesn't suit me?

12. Currently I am advised to have medicines from my dermatologist for scalp/ skin issues, So can I use your products along with the same and is it safe?

Yes, you definitely can. They are safe to use. However we always suggest a patch test before use.

this amazing under eye serum from oziva is great for under eye puffiness and reduces the darkness under the eye. It helps in getting rid of dark circles around our eyes. I'm writing the review after 1 week of usage. The serum is effective for all kinds of skins and specially when used twice a day. It removes dark spots from the skin and clears up dust and other tiny particles from pores. Till now, I didn't notice any side effects and it is working as expected.
