Every morsel of food we consume, we have our farmers to thank for its bounty. Farmers’ love of the land is the backbone of the clean and plant-based ecosystem OZiva has been building for 6 years. With the OZiva Kisaan Vikaas Program we aim to empower a brighter and sustainable future for the farmers of our country by supporting their holistic welfare, starting with their children’s education. We are bringing alive the dreams of 100 children from farmer families so that their future is as bright as their dreams.
And with every OZiva purchase you make, you contribute towards making their future #HarTarahSeBetter.

I am Ruchita Barge from 9th class in New English School Shiradhon. We used to live in Mumbai earlier. I was born there. My father was hit by a car and lost his leg. So we had to come back to the village as he could not work in the city. We all help out on our farm, but it is not enough for us to live. For extra income, we run a tea shop and live in a small tin shed. But I want to study! I want to control big companies in the big city. I want to be an accountant.

"This is our village. Welcome. We have a lot of farms here. Big farms and little farms"
"Our mothers are learning to be independent. But they have so much to do at home. Their day starts at 4. They take care of the animals, and make food for us all. And so much more"
"Our elders always want us to study, to go to school. Make those dreams come true. Some of us want to travel the world! Some of us want to make our home better here"
"This is our village. Welcome. We have a lot of farms here. Big farms and little farms"

"Sometimes, we help out! We take our crops to the market to sell."
"Our mothers are learning to be independent. But they have so much to do at home. Their day starts at 4. They take care of the animals, and make food for us all. And so much more"
