Does this nutritional meal 500gms pack last for maximum 2 to 3 months?
Hi All, I bought recently the "OZiva Protein & Herbs for Women - Best Natural Protein Powder with Whey Protein, Ayurvedic Herbs & Multivitamins for Better Metabolism, Skin & Hair"
However later i found there is Protein powder for weight loss / meal replacement is different.
Can you please suggest which one is best? And what is difference in both products ?
Also Can I take 2 scoops of this protein for my meal replacement as a dinner? As I am doing IF diet, i can do this for dinner.
Please suggest on the same.
